i'm not advertised on that [pretty long] list including most of the writers in the inaugural issue of ann kjellberg's new literary journal LITTLE STAR, because, i think i'm supposed be a secret, a newly discovered upandcomer. we'll see how that pans out.besides the totality of living nobel poets writing in english being represented, ann's landed a double fistful of literary stalwarts that can only ironically be referred to as asterisks. a number of them were acquainted with my hero iosif brodskii, by the way, the ghost to whom the journal is dedicated.
that ann, brodsky's literary executor, has published my elegy to him, is a true honor, and is so satisfying i almost feel like i can lay down in the snow and die w/o even trying to make an angel. here's a sneak peek:
